Unfortunately we do not accept returns, because you guessed it - it's extremely unsustainable.
We try to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible, and taking returns just doesn't fit into that image.
Returns alone fill up our landfills like crazy - have you read about the Amazon scandal of just getting rid of warehouses full of returned and perfectly fine and never used products?
And then we haven't even thought about the amount of fuel that is needed to return the items to our Zapy office and the carbon emissions attached to that.
If your product is damaged or you have any other issues, please contact us by emailing email@example.com , and we will assist you on a case-to-case basis and help wherever we can.
Please bear in mind that we are a small business making our own zapies at home. They are not perfect, and neither are we. Our packages and soaps don't look like perfect factory-produced items, and even though they might have some spots, fingerprints or strange shapes, they have been handled with the best and cleanest care possible, and are perfectly safe to use.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and make it right. Even though we don't want you to send your products back to us, we will do everything we can to help and assist on a case-to-case basis. This could result in a refund or we could send you a new product.
We will notify you once we’ve approved your refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
