Shipping policy

We only ship on Mondays and Thursdays!

As we hope you understand, The Zapy Store is a small business and as we are producing our own line of Zapies, are our own buying, testing, marketing and communications team and do packaging and shipping as well, we need to allocate our time very specifically. Hence we pack and ship on Monday and Thursday afternoon, with a cut-off time for the newest orders coming before 12pm.

Shipment and Delivery Conditions

Goods are generally delivered on dispatch route and to the delivery address indicated by the Client, unless agreed otherwise. During the processing of the transaction, the delivery address indicated in the Seller’s order processing is decisive.

Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply, if the Client exercises his right to cancel effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the Client's control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the Seller has notified the Client about the service for a reasonable time in advance.

Processing of Data for the Purpose of Order Handling

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, if this is necessary for payment handling. If payment service providers are used, we explicitly inform you of this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR.
